Do I have to be on camera?
No. You send one good photo and a 2-minute voice recording, once. We create an AI avatar that looks and sounds like you. If you prefer, you can send phone clips and we will edit them (Pro plan).
Will it really sound like me?
We use your recording to clone your voice, and we write scripts from a short brief about how you talk and who you serve. You approve your avatar and voice before anything goes out.
How do approvals work?
At the start of each month you get all scripts and post text in one email. Change anything you want, then reply "approved". We only produce videos after that. If we don't hear back in 48 hours, we follow up before anything is posted.
Do I have to share my passwords?
Never. You give RealEasy partner or manager access through Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok. Your accounts stay yours, and you can remove our access with one click at any time.
Do you handle my leads or enquiries?
No. Every comment, message and enquiry goes straight to you. We focus on making you visible and remembered. You own every client relationship.
Is the content compliant with RECO rules?
We check every piece for your brokerage name, your registered name and consent for any client photos. Your brokerage still has final responsibility for advertising, so we follow its policies too.
Who owns the content and my likeness?
You own the content we make for you. Your avatar and voice are used only for your content, and we delete them when you leave.
Do you work outside the GTA?
Yes. We serve realtors across Ontario, starting with the Greater Toronto Area. Our content and compliance checks are built for Ontario rules.
